- New DTT between Cyprus and Russia

On 16 April 2009, representatives of the Republic of Cyprus and the Russian Federation signed in Nicosia a Protocol to the 1998 tax treaty between the two countries. As a result Russia agreed to remove Cyprus from its blacklist. The protocol is expected to be ratified by both countries in 2009 and become effective on 1 January 2010. read more >>
